We positively appraise and reward deserving employees, time and again. Performance, which has and always will be a key indicator, is taken into consideration. Non-performing or unproductive staff are encouraged to take up responsibility and strengthen their weaknesses. We never discourage or reprimand any non-performers. As per industry protocols, any incompliance to company ethics is discouraged at appropriate times.
